You are free to cancel your order at any time before it has been despatched. Please contact us on 020 8159 6021 if you would like to cancel an existing order, and our team will be happy to fulfill your request. If the order has already been despatched we will do our utmost to cancel the order, but this cannot be guaranteed. If this is the case, then a cancellation fee may apply.

As we offer a vast range of different products, the lead times can vary greatly depending on which products you have ordered. You can find lead times and other relevant delivery details on each items product information page. As soon as we have confirmation that payment has been successfully received, we will process your order immediately so that we can fulfill delivery ASAP.
